How to order and pay

Ordering

 

If you know the service you want you can book and pay online. Once your payment is received we will send an email confirmation with greeter information and some local contact numbers, and at that point your service is then booked.

 

If you are not sure, or if the service you need is less than 48 hours away, or if it is not shown on our booking tool, then complete the order form and we will create a quote and give a description of the services. If you accept our quote we will then ask you for payment.  Once your payment is received we will send an E-mail confirmation with greeter information and some local contact numbers, and at that point your service is then booked.

 

You may ask questions, or change or cancel a booking by E-mailing us at:  Indonesia Airport Services or Airport Jakarta.

 

If you change or cancel a booking less than 48 hours before the booked service time there may be a change fee or a cancellation fee

Paying

 

Payment is required before the service is given (just like with airlines).

 

Payment can be made using a credit card or charge card. We will never ask you to send any credit card information to us by email. Credit card information is entered by you, or by your booker or the cardholder into a secure website operated by a PCI compliant gateway.

 

PayPal account holders can use PayPal.

 

Cash on the day is never accepted or requested.

 

For large transactions we can accept a Bank / Wire Transfer and exceptionally, by prior agreement, payment can be made by Western Union.

 

When payment has been received, the order or request will become a confirmed booking and an email confirmation will be sent.

Ordering Process

If you are not sure what service you want, or it is not offered through the booking tool, then complete the enquiry form and we will reply with a quote and service description. If you accept our quote, we will ask you to make payment. Once your payment is received we will send the E-mail with greeter information and the local greeter and/or emergency contact numbers. Once you have that E-mail, your service is booked.

 

Payment

 

Payment is required in advance of the service (just like airlines). Payment can be made using a credit or charge card. We will never ask you to send any credit card information to us by email. Minimum Ordering time

 

There is no fixed minimum ordering time. We will try to help you if we can, and we will not charge extra to do so. But if it is very short notice, we may not be able to organize it in time. In that case, if you have already paid you will get a full and immediate refund.

 

Changing your booking

 

You may change a booking through the booking tool or by E-mailing us. If you change a booking less than 72 hours before the booked service time there may be a change fee or a cancellation fee. Change fees under 48 hours will be strictly applied and enforced.

 

Cancelling your booking

 

You may cancel a booking through the booking tool or by E-mailing us. If you cancel a booking before the booked service time there may be a cancellation fee of up to 100% for very short notice cancellations, no shows, service not claimed or service declined. Cancellation fees will be strictly applied and enforced and are described in our terms and conditions.
