Trip Advisor - Business Travel Jakarta: »  "...My film production crew and I just came from a trip to Jakarta and using airportjakarta.com was the smartest decision we made. They got us through the airport, even despite our lack of visas and tons of gear, at blazing speed and with a very affordable payment to customs. THey greeted us right at stepping off the plane with a sign, took our passports and visa fee, and allowed us to go straight to baggage claim without waiting in a single line! Passports were returned to us at baggage claim with visas inside and everything all set. We brought in 20 big pieces of luggage - including lots of conspicuous oversized photo gear - and we bypassed Customs with a simple nod. From jetway to tail-lights, all told it was about 30 minutes. Eric provided tons of helpful info and great recommends for where to go, what to tip people, what's acceptable dress, what to bring out and what to leave in hotel (ie passport, etc). He's an awesome, super friendly driver and very knowledgable about the area.
