Arrival, Departure

For Arrivals you are met at the air-bridge, and escorted to and through immigration, helped with retrieving your bags, escorted through customs and taken to your driver.

We will assist with you buying your own Visa on Arrival, or you can order it and we will buy it for you before you land.

For Departures you are met kerbside or at the check in, assisted with boarding passes, seat selection and baggage tagging, escorted to and through immigration and finally taken to your lounge and/or to your departure gate.

Porters can be pre-booked, as our greeters are not allowed to carry bags.

In most terminals, Lounge Access can be arranged before you board.

Why is this service needed?  Depending of the flight pattern, the time of day and the time of year, it can take 20 – 60 minutes to pass through the airport.  Our service will minimize this and help avoid the long lines. In Indonesia it is also helpful to be escorted to your driver, or assisted in arranging a transfer, so avoiding limo, hotel and taxi touts.
